With the following information, we can usually give you a good idea of our ability to
finance your loan request at our first meeting.
Business Start-Ups:
- Company Organizational Documents (Articles of Incorporation, Partnership Agreements, By-laws, etc.)
- Preliminary Business Plan
- Projected Balance Sheet
- Projected Income/Expense Statement (12 Months)
- Personal Financial Statement (each borrower)
Business Purchase & Refinancing:
- Company Organizational Documents(Articles of Incorporation, Partnership Agreements, By-laws, etc.)
- Past Two Years Financial Statements(Balance Sheet & Profit and Loss Statement)
- Past Two Years Tax Returns (Corporate or Personal)
- Personal Financial Statement (each borrower)
Existing Los Alamos National Bank customers may not be required to provide this information,
as we may already have these documents on file.
This list of General Documentation is provided so that our first meeting to consider your
business loan will be as productive as we can make it. This list is by no means intended to
represent a complete list of the financial information we may require. We are conscious of
the fact that you dislike red tape just as much as we do, and we will do our best to minimize
the paperwork to process your loan request.
