LANB offers a variety of interest rate lock programs. The current daily rates can
be obtained from this site's mortgage loan rates,
by calling DataBank at 505-662-3282 or by calling
Los Alamos National Bank at 505-662-5171.
Your loan officer will go over the different rate lock programs for your loan at the
time of your application. You must notify the mortgage loan department before 2:00 PM
EST on the day you wish to lock. We will then lock your rate and ask you to sign a
rate lock agreement.
Once you have locked the interest rate on your loan, you may incur costs to change
loan programs, rate, or the amount of your loan. If you do not close within the
expiration date of the rate commitment, you are also subject to a fee.
Please be advised that rates quoted on this website are subject to change. Until
you have a signed rate commitment from Los Alamos National Bank, your rate is not
officially locked.
